About This Product
Hydraulically pressed from Java Criollo cocoa liquor without chemical extraction, our cocoa butter retains the natural structure and melting properties prized by fine chocolate makers. Available in natural (retains subtle cacao aroma) and deodorized (neutral, odorless) variants. Consistent crystallization behavior and sharp melt profile support precise tempering in couverture production. Certificate of Analysis available per batch, including FFA content, slip melting point, and iodine value.
