About This Product
Pressed from our premium Java Criollo cocoa liquor, our cocoa powder retains the characteristic flavor complexity of the Criollo varietal. Available in natural (pH 5.2–5.8) and lightly Dutched (pH 6.8–7.4) variants. The natural variant preserves bright, fruity notes; the Dutched variant offers a smoother, more rounded chocolate profile for beverage applications. All powder is tested for mycotoxins, heavy metals, and pesticide residues per EU and Codex Alimentarius standards.
