About This Product
Our cocoa nibs are produced by precisely roasting, cracking, and winnowing Java Criollo beans from our Gunung Kidul plantation. Each batch is assigned a unique lot code traceable back to the farmer group, fermentation date, and harvest season. The Criollo varietal delivers nibs with notably low tannin content, reduced bitterness, and a pronounced fruity aroma — making them ideal for premium inclusion applications where flavor matters as much as texture.
